These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the real estate services provided by Here To Help Real Estate Remedies Corp ("Company"), represented by Charli Rose doing business as "Your Neighborhood HomeGirl" ("Agent"). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with these Terms or any part of them, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

2.1. The Company provides assistance in finding rental properties that accept housing vouchers.

2.2. Services include, but are not limited to: property searches, liaison with property owners/managers, assistance with rental applications, and general guidance throughout the rental process.

2.3. The Company does not guarantee the successful procurement of a rental property.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1. Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their housing voucher status, rental preferences, and personal information necessary for rental applications.

3.2. Clients are responsible for maintaining their eligibility for housing voucher programs.

3.3. Clients must respond promptly to communications from the Company or Agent.

3.4. Clients are responsible for attending scheduled property viewings or providing timely notice of cancellation.

4. Fees and Compensation

4.1. The Company's services are provided at no direct cost to the client.

4.2. The Company's compensation is paid by the property owner, manager, or their representing agent upon successful lease signing.

4.3. Clients are responsible for all rental-related costs, including but not limited to: security deposits, application fees, and monthly rent payments.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

5.1. The Company will maintain the confidentiality of all client information in accordance with applicable real estate regulations and privacy laws.

5.2. Clients authorize the Company to share necessary information with potential landlords or property managers for the purpose of securing a rental property.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Company and Agent provide assistance and guidance but do not make decisions on behalf of the client.

6.2. The Company and Agent are not responsible for the actions or decisions of property owners, managers, or other third parties involved in the rental process.

6.3. The Company and Agent are not liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences resulting from a client's failure to secure a rental property.

7. Termination of Services

7.1. Clients may terminate services at any time by providing written notice to the Company or Agent.

7.2. The Company reserves the right to terminate services if a client violates these Terms, provides false information, or if continuing to provide services would violate any laws or regulations.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes to these Terms by posting the new Terms on our website or through direct communication to clients.
